1)I can differentiate between between a bow and a crossbow.
2) They arearchers and not crossbowmen*
3) The race you are referring to are called Knights in this game, not Humans.
4) Replying to a topic is not "spamming".
*The picture at lvl1 shows a picture of an archer, lvl2 & 3 shows the picture of an Arbelist (crossbowman). If you want to be picky, both Demon Race and monster "Archers" show no weapon at all.
